Electromechatronic converter radiation resistance supply
Abstract
The article discusses the purpose, field of application and variants of electromechanotronic converters (EMTC) designed for conversion of the kind of energy and information forms to the functional movement of the working mechanism (WM). It is shown that the integrating the electomechanical and micro-electronic components in a single unit as recommended in mechatronics is unpractical due to the fact that the components have differing levels of radiation resistance. Therefore, it is recommended to provide the separate location of components with the interface of minimized complexity between them. Particular attention is paid to the selection of the electric machines optimally meeting the requirements of work under man-made influences. It is shown that these requirements best meet the permanent magnet synchronous electric machines (PMSEM). The ways of improvement of the PMSEM with permanent magnets on the rotor are examined by the transition from the cylindrical magnetic materials to the disk placement.Issue
