STRATEGIC PLANNING IN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Abstract
At the moment management issues of strategic development are of paramount importance for any educational institution. The orientation to the successful functioning of any educational institution in the long run makes it necessary to determine its strategic potential, the degree and direction of usage and the ability to adapt to the changes in the behavior of elements of the environment. These issues are particularly important for the educational institutions of higher education, not only to satisfy the educational needs of society, but also to strive to sustainable competitive position at the educational market. The system of higher education should address one of the main prerequisites for the development of the country, to ensure positive change of qualitative characteristics of human capital. The article shows that as a mechanism for strategic development control at the university it is appropriate to use the integrated strategic cards that give visual-spatial representation of causal relationships between the elements of strategy. The strategic map is a versatile and consistent way to describe the strategy, so that it enables not only to set goals, but also to manage achieving them. The aim of this study was the detailed description of strategic indicators and the map illustration of the dynamics of strategic development. Ultimately, given the model of strategic maps show how intangible assets (human, information and organizational capital) contribute to the creation of the university not only for the cost of the owners (founders), but also for society as a whole and consumers of educational services in particular. These cards can be used in the modeling of strategic changes in any educational institution of higher education.
