Abstract

The article highlights the necessity to find innovative methods to develop the professional competence for banking services sales managers. It offers to search for solutions that agree with the current research on the development of human resources in education. The views on professional competence concept are described. The rationale for the procedures of control system modeling of sales manager development at the stages of selection, adaptation and learning are given.
