Abstract

The article aims to analyze the management problems of education based on the research
conducted by the author that is the representative of South Ural Scientific School of professor
G.N. Serikov. Historical background, subjective and objective reasons for the study of the problems
of human-oriented education management have been identified.
The stages to solve the problem within the framework of the scientific school that complies
with other scientists have been singled out using the methods of historical-logical and comparative
analysis. The results of the most prominent individual studies and collective works in this
area have been described.
Significant concepts, models and other results in the field of human-oriented education management
have been highlighted. They are program-targeted management of the regional educational
system; interdepartmental interaction of regional education management authorities in
the agricultural region; management assistance to professional self-determination of risk adolescents
in the regional educational system; principle of controlled evolution in education management;
a combination of subjective and objective factors of continuing education of the heads of
educational organizations; culture of management in the field of physical education and sports.
