MECHANISM FOR EVALUATING MANAGERS PROFESSIONAL TRAINING RELUSTS

Abstract

Scientists, politicians and businessmen believe that the stable development of Russia is determined by the quality of management. This fact causes educational institutions to further search the new ways and means, contributing to the training of competent and highly professional managers. To fulfill the task, an algorithm that allows monitoring the changes in managers’ professional level in accordance with the competent approach is needed. On the basis of generalization of long-term experience in the manager assessment in the Ural Region, the author suggests a sample scale of professional competency and the mechanism for the evaluation of managers professional training results according to seven levels for each of the three areas of management hierarchy. The given results can be used in practical work of personnel specialists, teachers at universities and business schools.
