Abstract

This article presents a general idea and stages of research aimed to form the readiness of future programmers to process professional data. The processing of professional data is one of the types of professional activities of the programmers trained in 09.02.05 “Applied Computer Science” specialty. As a result of the development of such activities, students must be able to process static and dynamic information content. The ability to work with information is a fundamental factor in the work of any specialist. Consequently, if the students have not formed the rediness to process professional data at the second or third yours of study, it will be difficult for them to study other kinds of professional activities. The study is important as the contradiction between the society demands to the training quality of the programmers and the insufficient level of the future programmers’ readiness to process professional data increases. The results can be used for the creation of the studying course “Processing of Professional Data”.
