APPLICATION OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS IN THE DESIGN OF HUMAN RESOURCES AT HIGHER SCHOOL

Abstract

Currently the issues of human resources management as a key strategic resource for organizations are of paramount importance for any organization. Focus on the success of any educational institution in the long run makes it necessary to determine its strategic potential, the degree and direction of its usage and the ability to adapt to the changing behavior of the elements of the environment. These issues are particularly important for educational institutions of higher education, not only to meet the educational needs of society, but also to obtain a sustainable competitive position in the educational market.

The results of theoretical and experimental research aimed at the identifying the strategic potential of the university to effectively plan its development are presented. The purpose of the monitoring was to create conditions for the timely and target management actions at all levels of the university hierarchy. The result of the research carried out is a created knowledge base, which provides the most efficient way to set the goals in the development of human resources at the university.
