DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN EDUCATIONAL AND SCIENTIFIC PROCESS OF UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The development of human resources is an actual task that can be solved via professional development financing and via investing into work equipment. Only for a higher education institution where students and teachers aren't just taken as a labor or economic resource but considered to be the main subjects of the educational process the human resource development may be efficient. To solve the problem of human resource development at university it is needed to define the specifics of educational and scientific process design. The paper aimed to describe the specifics of human resources development in the educational and scientific process of a university. The analysis of theoretical prerequisites, dialectic synthesis of the concept of human resource development, the analysis of legislative and normative documents in the sphere of higher education, the system analysis of design of educational and scientific process were used to solve thetask. Specifics of the purposes, content and design stages of human resource development at university were described. The concept of “human resource development” is defined, the structure of human resources of the education participants is offered, the components of educational and scientific process design at university are presented. The specifics of the human resource development at an educational institution can become the basis for the educators participating in Bachelor’s and Master’s education programmes design and implementation.
