THE PROGRAMME OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT AT HIGHER INSTITUTION BASED ON PLANNING CHART
Abstract
The planning chart model, demonstrating how intangible assets (human resources) help to create the programme of human resources development at higher institution, is considered in the article. The model enables the educational establishment: to define the requirements to human resources for activities realization; to assess the gap between the requirements to the university staff and the university staff competence to meet the requirements; to work out the programme of human resources development that will fill this gap. These charts can be used in modeling of the required changes at any higher institution.
