Introduction of Solid Spherical Particles into the Liquid Melt

Abstract

A new method to study the behaviour of low-melting-point elements and graphite introduced to the metal melt is developed. The process of the introduction of bismuth and graphite balls to molten steel is studied experimentally by means of X-ray television observation.
