Growing the PbTiO3 from a Solution

Abstract

The paper describes a series of experiments to obtain single crystals of lead titanate by spontaneous crystallization from a flux. The crystals obtained can be used as a seed for cultivation of both pure and doped bulk single crystals of lead titanate by Czochralski and Kyropoulos methods
