Abstract

The article deals with the values of the Russians of different generations. The author
offers an overview of different research works studying the system of the Russians’ values. The author speaks about the results of the experiments such as method of experts and cluster analysis which allow to understand the meanings the Russians put into the notion of “safety”. The data obtained will help to realize people’s needs and use a targeted policy for improving their life quality.
