Abstract

The present article deals with semantics and functioning of derivative lexical prepositions governing the Genitive case in business documents of the second half of the XVIIIth century –
the beginning of the XIXth century. The author focuses on their use as phraseological units, archaic derivative lexical prepositions, a system of group meanings, governing verbs and governed nouns.
