Abstract

The article discusses the legal aspects of providing free legal assistance to legal clinics of universities (for example, the Legal Clinic of UB FSBEIHE "RSUJ" and the globalization of clinical legal education as an effective means of achieving practical and analytical tasks in the educational process. Providing free legal assistance by legal clinics for unprotected segments of the population is a promising direction, which includes not only obtaining knowledge, experience, skills by consultants, but also testing them, immersion in reality, acquisition of professional ethics and responsibility.

The article also provides effective ways to resolve various situations through the use of innovative ways of consulting. Today, legal clinics in the era of the digital economy are introducing the latest methods of counseling, such as online counseling, distance counseling and others, into the practice of providing free legal aid.
