SOCIAL RISK AND SOCIAL SECURITY LAW

Abstract

The analysis of the development of scientific ideas about the grounds of social security led to the conclusion that social risk is a basic category of social security law. The concept of social risk can contribute to a deeper understanding of the essence of this branch of law, its structure, the mechanism of legal regulation of relations in this area, and therefore needs further scientific understanding and justification.
