THE PROBLEMS OF EARLY CHILD LABOR: FOREIGN AND RUSSIAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The article deals with the legislative framework for the implementation of the protection of the rights of children to work in developing countries. It is emphasized that the early labor activity of minors can adversely affect the formation of a fully developed personality of the child and cause problems with professional work in the future. Dangerous types of child labor are identified, which must be dealt with. Measures are being developed to prevent the elimination of dangerous forms of child labor. The reasons for early employment of adolescents are analyzed. A major role in the prevention of early employment rests on education.
