Abstract

The article considers such ways of interaction of civil society structures with state authorities, as a strategy of cooperation and a strategy of "fighting" or opposing civil society and the state. It is noted that fundamentally important for constructive dialogue, interaction and stable communication between the structures of civil society and the state is the definition of common value-ideological landmarks. Realization of ideological function is possible not only in the context of exercising the powers of the state authorities, but also on the part of the functioning of civil society institutions. The state ideological doctrine based on the national idea and in which the ideological role of civil society will be reflected should become a unifying and connecting element.
