CRYPTO CURRENCY IN THE SYSTEM OF CIVIL RIGHTS OBJECTS

Abstract

The author analyzed thelegal regime of crypto-currency in the system of civil rights
objects. The correlation between the crypto currency and cash, non-cash and electronic
money is considered, and their general and special features are determined. A number of
common features are singled out with other forms of money, but on the whole it is established
that the crypto currency is the original object. For example, accounting for a transaction
system, which is open and decentralized, is characterized by a crypto currency. In
the system of civil rights objects, crypto-currencies can be considered as "other property".
