SUBJECT AND LIMITS OF PROOF FOR CRIMINAL CASES ON NON-PAYMENT OF WAGES, PENSIONS, SCHOLARSHIPS, ALLOWANCES AND OTHER PAYMENTS

Abstract

This article deals with the subject of the crime and the subject of proof in criminal
cases of non-payment of wages, pensions, scholarships, allowances and other payments
provided for in Art. 145.1 of the RF Criminal Code. The subject of the crime and the
subject of proof do not coincide, in particular, in its content, the subject of a crime is
already the subject of proof, the concepts referred to are correlated as part and whole.
The subject and limits of proof in criminal cases on non-payment of wages, pensions,
scholarships, allowances and other payments have been determined, as well as documents
necessary for determining the subject of evidence and the limits of proof for this
category of cases.
