BRANCH SPECIFIC OF THE SUBJECT AND THE SYSTEM OF LABOR LAW SOURCES OF THE MEMBER STATES OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

Abstract

The article examines two interrelated issues of the general part of labor law in a comparative
legal aspect: the subject and sources of labor law. The author, based on a systematic
and comparative legal methods, maps of the docking model of the subject of labor law
in the labor codes of the states members of the UEEU, compares the legislated model developed
by concepts of scientists. It reveals the general and the specific features in the
definition of the relations regulated by labor law of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan
and Russia. In the second part of the article the author substantiates his conception
of the notion of sources of labor law and their system. The general and the specific features
of the sources of labor law are given and a new scientific definition is formulated.
