HISTORICAL AND LEGAL VIEW ON THE LAW UNDERSTANDING PROBLEMS IN JURISPRUDENCE AND INFLUENCE OF GLOBALIZATION ON THE LAW

Abstract

The author tried to analyse and estimate the existing main directions of law understanding in the Russian legislation and to designate some aspects of influence of globalization on the development of the domestic law. The article reveals the essence of historical and legal views of scientists on the law understanding problems in science and the impact of globalization on the law. The law understanding problems open the cognition of other legal phenomena inseparably linked with the concept of the law. Studying of the problems of impact of globalization on the state and the law enables to look in a new way at functional aspects of the state and legal reality, at changing and upgrading the state legal institutions, regulations and relations.
