ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STRESS PREVENTION MEASURES IN PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE JUVINILE DIVISION STAFF

Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of accepting organizational and administrative
stress prevention measures in professional activity of the juvenile division staff. The
work on prevention and dealing with stress situations among juvenile inspectors is seen
as one of the most perspective directions in successful fighting the juvenile delinquency.
The article reveals the factors of stress development within the personnel. These factors
are conditioned by administrative and interpersonal relations, as well as by individual
features. The factors mentioned have become the basis for the complex of organizational
and administrative stress prevention measures in professional activity of the juvenile
division staff. These measures include professional-and-organizational, socioadministrative
and individual-and-psychological ones.
