FUNCTIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of “function” from the point of view of various
branches of knowledge is considered, analyzes the concept of the “constitution functions”,
providing the functional characteristic of the Constitution of the Russian Federation,
defining the influence of the functions on the public relations, considering the ratios
of the constitution functions and the law functions, comparing the identity of concepts of
the “constitution functions” and the “function of the constitutional norms”, determining
the essence and social purpose of the constitution functions, emphasizing a close dependence
of the social appointment and the constitution function.
