Akaev and K. Bakiev, their legal status under the Constitutions of 1993 and 2007, the
place and role of the head of state in the political regime of Kyrgyzstan at the time under
the Constitution 2010, the prospects of development of the Institution of Presidency
in Kyrgyzstan.
