Abstract

The article deals with the essence of the constitutional and statutory justice in the context of the institutional, financial (organizational) and procedural aspects, namely the jurisdiction of this type of justice and the conditions for its implementation, including the organization, structure and composition of the judicial bodies of the constitutional (charter) of Justice; subject area and the legal nature of the dispute and applied by the courts legal norms and the relevant procedural order of consideration of disputes.
