RESERVATION IN HOTEL
Abstract
As the result of the conducted research of current legislation, including the special legal
act – Rules of providing hotel services in the Russian Federation, it is established that the
relations arising between the hotel and the guest regarding the reservation are civil and organizational
relations. The reservation serves as organizational prerequisites for the formation
and establishment of civil relations of the subjects – performer of hotel services and guest
and is designed to adjust the property and personal non-property relations of the participants.
The author defends a point of view that the relations arising on the room reservation in the
hotel by the individual guest, tour operator, reservation system, and/or corporate client are
civil and organizationally prerequisite relations aimed at the conclusion of the contract on the
rendition of hotel services.
