EXTRAJUDICIAL (INTRACORPORATE) PROCEDURE OF THE APPEAL OF CORPORATE DECISIONS

Abstract

The article analyzes the legal regulation of extrajudicial (intracorporate) procedure
of the appeal of corporate decisions and gives its characteristics. As there is no research
on the stated topic, the article is focused on the provisions of the federal laws that regulate
the activity of certain types of corporations and contain the norms on extrajudicial
(intracorporate) procedure of the appeal of decisions. On the basis of this study, the author
considers extrajudicial (intracorporate) procedure of the appeal to non-jurisdictional
form of protection of the right and highlights the features that distinguish it from the
court procedure of the appeal.
