Abstract

In the article, the authors make an attempt to reconsider the paradigm of the national
security. Due to the globalization processes all over the world, the issues on the international
security are priority number one. National security is the main criteria for the existence
and development of the personality, society and state. In the article the authors carry out the
analyses of some secure institutes evolution and analyze such category as “health protection”.
