Abstract

In the article the authors make an attempt to rethink a paradigm of the national security.
In the context of globalization the issues related to the international security are of top
priority in the world. The authors consider national security as a main criterion of the 

existence and development of an individual, society and the state. The analysis of different
approaches to the legal category of security is carried out.
