Abstract

Throughout historical development of the category of property in life of an individual and
the society in general has always had a defining value. The authors analyze fundamental
provisions of the concepts of representatives of the German classical philosophy, where the
role and value of a property aspect in the state system, formation of human community,
formation and development of the personality are investigated. The dependence of personal
development on existence or absence at the subject of property still remains topical. Despite
the variety and contrast of approaches of the German classics in solution of this problem, the
authors conclusively prove a possibility of dialectic personal development out of the property
aspect. At the same time, due attention is paid to a definition of property, its influence on the
personality formation in the society and the state, and genesis of the state in general.
