DANGER AND PREVENTION OF DANGER IN POLICE ACTIVITY
Abstract
In the article the concepts "threat", "danger", "prevention of danger" in the context of investment
of police with powers for counteraction to threats to the corresponding object are
considered and compared. In the police right the authors allocate the following types of danger:
direct danger, concrete (real) danger, imaginary danger, suspicion of danger. The conclusion
that conditions of danger proceed from various sources as any system of safety is under
construction for prevention of potential danger when "direct threat" is absent is drawn.
