SOME ISSUES ON LOGIC AND METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR RESEARCH OF JUDGMENT CONCEPTS

Abstract

In the article the questions on jurisprudence are considered. One can see definition of
judgment concept. The article contains the logical forms of thinking and methodological
basis for judgment concept research. It is proved that the concept of deduction judgment as
a form of logical thinking is the basis for judgment concept research. Methodological basis
for judgment concept research is its components, their analysis and derivation of scientific
theory for uniform general-purpose judgmental concept definition. Special attention is paid
to the problem of judgment concept definition in legal reality, and the necessity of its legislation is pointed out.
