ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN DEVELOPMENT OF ELECTRONIC TRADING

Abstract

In the article the role of international organizations in the development
of electronic trading is analyzed. The author highlights the most important
international organizations, describes their general orientation
and ways of interaction that provides new prospects to development of
electronic trading. Special attention is paid to the regulations which are
model laws in electronic trading. A certain unbalance of the statutes regulating
electronic trading is noted. According to the author the legislator
should pay special attention to creation of a global frame basis for electronic
trading representing the unified supranational legislation.
