Abstract

The article analyzes Federal law «On compensation for violation of
the right to trial within a reasonable period, or the right to perform a judicial
act within a reasonable period of time». Basic grounds for infringement
of a reasonable period of time are considered. Statistical data on cases
of violation of a reasonable period of time are highlighted and analyzed.
