CORRELATION OF TERMS «DECISIONS OF CIVIL COMMUNITY» AND «DECISIONS OF PARTICIPANTS» (`SHAREHOLDERS`) MEETINGS»

Abstract

The article investigates correlation of two terms: «decisions of civil community» and «decisions of participants` (shareholders`) meetings». The author relying on analysis of current legislation concludes that these terms have essential differences, therefore the first term shouldn`t involve the second term.
