Abstract

This article is devoted to the analysis of the concept and content of the
principles of the administrative law and process in the Russian Federation
and Great Britain. The comparative analysis of modern system of the principles
of the administrative law and process in the states is carried out by
the author by means of comparison of content of the principles. On the basis
of data obtained in the course of the comparative analysis, the conclusion on
the possibility and necessity to borrow foreign experience is drawn. Detection
of specific features of compared categories is the result of the comparative
analysis.
