CRIMINALISTIC CHARACTERISTIC OF CRIMES: PROBLEM OF STRUCTURING

Abstract

Any development of the private methods of inquest and relies on an array
of information, selected on basis of scientific generalization investigative and
judicial practices. In criminalistics the role of the centre of such information
about crimes performs scientific category «criminalistic characteristic of the
crime». Based on a study of the various opinions of scientists about the
structure of criminalistic characteristic the author substantiates own position,
which denies the possibility to establish a single list of elements criminalistic
characteristic for any crimes.
