DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL MECHANISMS FOR PROTECTION OF HEALTH IN THE RUSSIAN LEGISLATION XI-XX CENTURIES

Abstract

The article discusses the emergence and development of Russian legislation
right to health and protection of the X–XX centuries. The peculiarity of this
right, which is today one of the inalienable human rights, was his сословность
expressed in providing remedies for health especially valuable authorities of
subjects. In the early periods of the Russian state were the boyars-princely
men, subsequently, of all people, and by the end of the XIX century such a right
should be provided to all subjects of the Russian Empire. But the right to
health was not their private affair, and is complemented by the obligation to be
healthy, to be able to perform other duties.
