Abstract

The efficiency of crime prevention is directly connected with IT support. Nowadays a set of branch and inter-branch problems are given. The analysis of existing legislation and practice make it possible to select the suggestions to alter the existing provisions.

    was born on March 12, 1989. In 2012 he graduated from Krasnodar University of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Now he is a postgraduate student of Criminal Disciplines Department of South Ural State University. Research interests: information technologies in criminal procedure
