Abstract

Specific problems of hotel services quality are studied depending on the range of services and their voluntary certification, some provisions of the existing system of hotel classification and other places for accommodation are studied in the article. Some suggestions for improvement of legal regulation mechanism for the services are given.

    is an associate professor of Entrepreneurial and Commercial Law of South Ural State University. In 2000 she graduated from South Ural State University. In 2008 she defended a candidate?s thesis in Hotel services provision by the Russian civil law. She is the author of 22 publications. Research interests: entrepreneurial law
