Abstract

Comparatively legal analysis of grounds to initiate a criminal case provided for by the criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan is made; existing differences are revealed; some issues to specify them are given in accordance with law enforcement practice.

  • Nikolaevich Evgeny Parkhomenko

    was born on January 1, 1969. In 1994 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. Now he is the Head for Governance Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of General Prosecutor Office in the republic of Kazakhstan for Kostanay Province, Senior Counselor of Justice. Research interests: criminal procedure legislation, law enforcement at the stage of initiation of a criminal case.
