SECURITY PROVISION OF A SUSPECT (THE ACCUSED), SIGNING PRETRIAL IMMUNITY AGREEMENT

Abstract

The problem of security provision for the suspect (the accused), signing pretrial immunity agreement is analyzed. Particular option for improvement of Article 317.3, part 3 article 317.4, part 1 Article 317.9 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation is given.

    was born on May 27, 1987. In 2009 she graduated from Saratov State Academy of Law, Smolensk branch. Now she is a postgraduate student of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure of Smolensk University for Humanities, chief investigator of Investigation Department for Smolensk Investigation Department of Russia in Smolensk region. Research interests: criminal procedure.
