Abstract

Some issues of assignment of licensing of entrepreneurial activity and legal arrangements used to provide the achievement of goals with the licensing in which this method of state regulation is used.

  • Marina Valerievna Suslova

    was born on February 3, 1989. In 2011 she graduated from South Ural State University. Now she is a postgraduate student of the Department of Entrepreneurial and Economic Law of South Ural State University. Research interests: methods of protection civil rights, licensing, bankruptcy.
