RECOGNITION OF STATE AND MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES BY THE CORPORATE ENTITIES OF PUBLIC LAW IN CIVIL-LAW RELATION
Abstract
The possibility for introduction of a term corporate entity of public law into civil law and empowering this status with public law entities is considered in the Article. Two basic approaches to the problem of legislative recognition of corporate entity of public law are given. The author doesn’t discover the necessity for introduction such structure into civil legislation nowadays and offers to consider governmental authorities (local government) as subjects of private law acting in legal form of institution in civil legislation.
