Abstract

Some problems of the use of information and communication technologies to form professional linguistic personality of a lawyer at online study mode on the basis of Oratory course for the lawyers are considered in the article. Peculiar features of linguistic and communicative competence are analyzed. On the basis of research performed the author comes to the conclusion that the use of information and communication technologies requires creative and scientific approach, study and mastering modern information systems from modern lecturer, it contributes to the development of critical thinking and self-organization of a student.

  • Galina Vasilievna Kubits

    was born on March 20, 1954. In 1990 she graduated from Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute. In 2005 she defended a Candidate?s thesis ?Professional development of a linguistic personality of the lawyer (on the basis of judicial discourse).? Now she is an Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Process of South Ural State University. She is the author of 34 publications. Research interests: professional communication, judicial discourse, linguistic personality of the lawyer.
