LEGAL REGULATION OF THE ACTIONS OF BOARDER GUARD IN THE RUSSIAN EMPIRE IN THE END OF XIX CENTURY
Abstract
The article considers the history of legal regulation of Special Corps of Boarder Guard in the Russian Empire from its formation in 1893 up to the end of XIX century. During that period 62 laws on Boarder Guard have been adopted. Special attention is paid to five legal regulatory acts of the highest legal force regulating general obligations of the ranks in the Corps and the order of weapon employment. As with the development of other secret services act on the formation of the Corps has been adopted and later in 4 years norms regulating general principles of boarder supervision and fulfillment of obligations by the ranks of the Corps have been worked out. The rules for weapon employment by the ranks of the Corps in the Caucasus and Central Asia are completely different from those in the European boarder.Issue
