LEGAL ASPECT OF THE TERMS OF APARTMENT BLOCKS ADMINISTRATION

Abstract

The article considers the terms of apartment blocks administration; administrative objectives (requirements to administration) stipulated by law-maker are studied. Analyzing the core of apartment blocks administration the author comes to the conclusion that mechanism of services delivery and work performance to the owners of apartment blocks, which guarantee favourable and safe living conditions, proper treatment of common property and communal services. Differentiation of studied terms due to various spheres of private and public regulation is given in the article.
