QUALIFICATION OF ACTIONS OF A DRIVER AT OVERTAKING COMPLETION

Abstract

The problems for qualification of actions of a driver starting passing in the area where it is allowed and completing it in the area where it is prohibited by means of corresponding horizontal marking lines are considered. In this connection the analysis of Bylaws of Plenum of Supreme Court of the Russian Federation of February 9, 2012 No. 2 and the National standard of the Russian Federation National State Standard P 52289-2004 is made.

 

Author Biography

  • Vladimir Anatolievich Gorodokin
    was born on November 14, 1954. In 1980 he graduated from Chelyabinsk Polytechnic Institute. In 2009 he defended his candidate?s thesis in Application of special auto technical knowledge at crime investigation connected with traffic and vehicle operation violation. Now he is a professor of Vehicle Operations Department of South Ural State University. He is the author of 21 publications. Research interests: forensic investigation, road traffic regulations, investigation of circumstances for traffic accidents.
