Abstract

The problem of what can be understood under “other expenses” used in Statement 5 Part 1 Article 135 of the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation is analyzed.

    was born on September 14, 1989. In 2011 she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Smolensk University for Humanities. Now she is a postgraduate student of Criminal Law and Procedure Department; judicial assistant of Smolensk Regional Court. She is the author of 7 publications.
