Abstract

The problems of competition between the norms of freedom of discussion and honour and dignity protection are considered. The article deals with regulatory acts regulating honour and dignity protection of a person.

    was born on January 22, 1990. In 2011 she graduated from South Ural State University. Now she is a post-graduate student of Theory and History of State and Law Department of South Ural State University. She is the author of 8 publications. Research interests: legal regulation of protection of honour and dignity of a man
